TO ALL OUR PATIENTS:
Medical Services Corporation (CSM), with clinics in the municipalities of Hatillo, Arecibo, Utuado and Aguadilla, offers primary health services to all patients regardless of their ability to pay. We offer discounts based on income and family composition. For more information on how to benefit from the Tiered Discount Program, you can ask in the registration area or by calling (787) 898-4190 Ext. 105.
No patient is denied services based on:
