Behavioral Clinic

The behavioral health clinic is an integral part of CSM’s primary care services. The area has an interdisciplinary team to meet the needs of our patients. Social work, psychological and psychiatric services are provided.

Our goal is to provide short-term prevention and therapy services, through the early identification of symptoms and situations that can be detrimental to the patient’s health in general. When intervening, the aim is to stabilize the patient, avoid the appearance of chronic mental conditions or the deterioration of existing ones. If the need is identified, additional internal or external services are coordinated, or treatment at other levels of care.

If you experience changes in your mood or are going through a difficult event, talk to your primary care doctor about how the behavioral health clinic can help you.
