Committed to the trust our patients place in Hatimedik, we wish to inform you that we recently identified a cybersecurity incident involving unauthorized access to certain systems and data.

Current Status and Actions Taken

Although this incident did not cause any service interruptions, upon discovery, we immediately:

• Initiated our response protocols.

• Implemented additional security measures.

• Launched an investigation with the support of cybersecurity experts.

Hatimedik’s operations continue as normal. Our patients can continue to use our platforms and communication channels with full confidence. In compliance with our legal obligations, we have reported this incident to the authorities and are directly notifying patients whose data may have been exposed.
